At Premier Provider Services (PPS), we strive to provide exceptional consulting, training, and educational experiences. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing or booking services.

1. Consulting Services

Consulting fees must be paid in full (or as agreed per contract) before services begin.

Refunds will not be issued once consulting services have commenced, as work begins immediately upon engagement.

If you cancel at least 7 business days before your first scheduled session, you may receive a full refund (minus any non-refundable deposits).
2. Workshops & Webinars (Live or Virtual)

Cancellations made 7 or more business days before the scheduled event: Eligible for a credit toward a future session.

Cancellations made within 7 business days of the event: Not eligible for a refund but may be eligible for a one-time credit toward a future session (subject to availability).

No-shows (without prior cancellation) will not receive a refund or credit.

If PPS cancels or reschedules an event, attendees will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to a future date.
3. Digital Products (E-books, Templates, Online Training)

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

If you experience technical issues accessing your product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can resolve the issue.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds or credits outside of these terms may be granted on a case-by-case basis for documented emergencies, at the sole discretion of PPS.
