Refund Policy

At Premier Provider Services (PPS), we strive to provide exceptional consulting, training, and educational experiences. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing or booking services.

1. Consulting Services

  • Consulting fees must be paid in full (or as agreed per contract) before services begin.

  • Refunds will not be issued once consulting services have commenced, as work begins immediately upon engagement.

  • If you cancel at least 7 business days before your first scheduled session, you may receive a full refund (minus any non-refundable deposits).

 

2. Workshops & Webinars (Live or Virtual)

  • Cancellations made 7 or more business days before the scheduled event: Eligible for a credit toward a future session.

  • Cancellations made within 7 business days of the event: Not eligible for a refund but may be eligible for a one-time credit toward a future session (subject to availability).

  • No-shows (without prior cancellation) will not receive a refund or credit.

  • If PPS cancels or reschedules an event, attendees will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to a future date.

 

3. Digital Products (E-books, Templates, Online Training)

  • All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing your product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can resolve the issue.

 

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits outside of these terms may be granted on a case-by-case basis for documented emergencies, at the sole discretion of PPS.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or credit, contact us at info@premierproviderct.com with:

  • Your name

  • Service or product purchased

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for request

We will respond within 5 business days to confirm eligibility and process approved refunds.

HIPAA & Credentialing Data
For consulting and credentialing engagements, PPS may collect and process provider information such as CVs, licenses, payer applications, tax IDs, and other sensitive data. PPS follows administrative, technical, and physical safeguards in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and all applicable state laws.

  • All electronic communications are encrypted.

  • Access to provider data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

  • Data is stored securely and transmitted only as necessary to payers, networks, or facilities to complete enrollment or credentialing tasks.

  • Any breaches of protected information will be reported in accordance with HIPAA breach notification requirements.
