Welcome to Premier Provider Services (“PPS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website (www.premierproviderct.com) and any related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 1. Use of Website and Services

  • This website is provided for informational and educational purposes related to healthcare provider credentialing, enrollment, privileging, and related consulting services.

  • You agree not to use our site or services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may harm PPS or its clients.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content (including course materials, e-books, and presentations) is strictly prohibited.
     

2. Consulting and Training Services

  • PPS offers consulting, webinars, workshops, and educational resources to healthcare professionals and organizations.

  • Services may be subject to separate contracts or agreements, which will govern the specific terms of engagement.

  • PPS does not guarantee approval, enrollment, or credentialing with any payer, organization, or facility. Outcomes depend on the accuracy and timeliness of information provided by the client and third-party entities.
     

3. Payments and Refunds

  • All fees for consulting, workshops, and digital products must be paid in full prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Digital products (including e-books, guides, and online training) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

  • Workshops and webinars may be eligible for a refund only if canceled by PPS or if the participant provides written notice of cancellation at least 7 business days before the scheduled event.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 7 business days of a live event.
     

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and training materials, is the property of PPS and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from any PPS materials without prior written consent.
     

5. Disclaimer of Liability

  • PPS provides consulting and training services based on industry standards and best practices but does not offer legal, tax, or financial advice.

  • PPS is not responsible for delays, denials, or decisions made by payers, government agencies, or credentialing bodies.

  • All services are provided “as is,” and PPS disclaims any warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
     

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
     

7. Privacy Policy

  • By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
     

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.

HIPAA Compliance Section 

HIPAA & Credentialing Data
For consulting and credentialing engagements, PPS may collect and process provider information such as CVs, licenses, payer applications, tax IDs, and other sensitive data. PPS follows administrative, technical, and physical safeguards in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and all applicable state laws.

  • All electronic communications are encrypted.

  • Access to provider data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

  • Data is stored securely and transmitted only as necessary to payers, networks, or facilities to complete enrollment or credentialing tasks.

  • Any breaches of protected information will be reported in accordance with HIPAA breach notification requirements.
